A protective order in Hunter Biden's Arkansas paternity case sealed records regarding his finances, but it doesn't apply to testimony given under federal subpoena or to answering questions from federal prosecutors about confidential financial information, Clint Lancaster wrote in a motion filed Monday in Independence County Circuit Court.
